My stay was disappointing due to multiple issues. Check-in took an excessive amount of time, forcing us to wait almost two hours in the bar, which was unnecessary given the hotel was not busy. Moreover, the housekeeping service was inconsistent. I experienced no turndown service for two nights, and when I finally received it, the room was still not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, I found a charge for a hotel car that I did not book upon departure, which added to my frustration. Overall, the service did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's luxury branding.

The Marina Table Mountain King Room impresses with fresh décor and a stunning view of the iconic mountain. The pool area, surrounded by vibrant gardens, caters well to relaxation after exploring the nearby waterfront, allowing for a decent escape.

Check-in took an unnecessarily long time, with a wait of about two hours despite the hotel being almost empty. The noise level from birds in the Islands rooms can be disruptive during the night, which might affect sleep quality. Additionally, the presence of non-residents excessively posing in the bar area during busy times can detract from the hotel’s exquisite environment, giving it a bit of a cheap vibe.

the design of one & only is stunning, especially the lobby. our marina table mountain queen room was cozy, and the huge balcony added extra charm. breakfast was delicious, with friendly service from rafeeka. my son loved the kid's room, and the spa island is a must-visit for relaxation. the staff truly made our stay exceptional!

I absolutely loved my stay, especially the breathtaking view of Table Mountain from my room and the just a short walk to the bustling V&A Waterfront, where I discovered so many great restaurants and shops.

The spa services including massages were so relaxing. Staff was super friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the waterfront and nearby shopping.

The Island Superior King Room was spacious and offered stunning views. Enjoyed the attentive service from the concierge, who went above and beyond despite a few mishaps. The breakfast included delightful homemade desserts and the pool area was a great spot to relax. However, there were frustrating issues with billing, as staff constantly asked for payments upfront, making dining out less enjoyable. Additionally, the pool was overcrowded on weekends, which detracted from the experience. Lastly, the furnishings in some common areas appeared a bit dated.

Staying here with my family was fantastic! The staff welcomed us like friends, and our room had stunning views of the mountains and water. The kids particularly loved the breakfast spread, and we enjoyed a delightful moment when we met a local celebrity during our stay.

For dads, it would be great to enforce a family-friendly atmosphere in dining areas.

The concierge Tash, he knows everything about the area. We got caught and he really steered us to the best spots, it felt like having a personal guide, very helpful!

We had an amazing four-night stay. the room was enormous with a gorgeous harbor view, and the breakfast was exceptional with plenty of delicious options. The only downside was the noise from housekeeping early in the morning. I would definitely choose this place again!
